The Brèche de Roland (Roland’s Breach) is not just a geological curiosity of the Pyrenees in France. It is also Coraline Gaye's alter ego. Teacher, author and musician, she first and foremost loves words and melodies, which she binds and unties to create unique sensory worlds. From a almost solitary adventure, Brèche de Roland has become a reality with many faces.

Although Brèche de Roland was not planned in her own itinerary, Coraline put the first stones along this breach a long time ago, alone at her keyboard. Thanks to unexpected encouters - with Nicolas Arnould, Fabrice Detry and Simon Bériaux - Coraline has no more doubt about the need to share her songs.
