Started as a joke (or a failed fraud attempt) by Kevin and Cédric, dear.deer.records has become the comforting home of idiosyncratic artists and bands from Belgium. Both have been active for probably too many years as musicians on the independent French-speaking Belgian scene. They then wanted to support other artists and bands by offering a tailor-made, flexible space for their music. Always keen on sincerity and defending a DIY ethic, dear.deer.records is only about modern, multi-faceted and fiercly independent pop music - in all its diversity and beauty.
